The Best Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
It’s not Fall at our house without a loaf of our very favorite chocolate chip pumpkin bread.
I love all things pumpkin, and I love almost any kind of bread. Bread is basically cake, but “bread” is perfectly acceptable to enjoy in the morning with a cup of coffee 😉
This is our go-to, easy chocolate chip pumpkin bread recipe and it is sure to be a crowd pleaser. It makes two loafs, but if your house is anything like mine then it may not last too long : )

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1-1/2 cups canola oil
- 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into two greased loaf pans (Baker’s Joy is the very best!) and bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes.
